A Tree Comes To Centralia - November 15, 12 – 1 P.M.

A 35-foot Holiday Tree which will grace the grounds of George Washington Park throughout the holiday season will arrive in Centralia. Matt Hinkle, Public Relations for the Fort Lewis-McChord and 204th Engineer Company donated this tree as part of their forestry maintenance program. Military personnel will provide the vehicles to deliver the tree to George Washington Park in downtown Centralia. The Centralia Timberland Library will organize a handmade ornament activity with local children to help decorate the tree.
