The Pope's Kids Place Board of Directors will host the 2nd Annual Benefit Gala “An Evening for the Children” on February 11, 2012 at the Great Wolf Lodge in Grand Mound from 6:00 to 11:00 pm.

It will be A Night to Remember, having elegant atmosphere, fine dining, live & silent auctions, and dancing.

Entertainment will include the band Bump Kitchen and songstress Julie Calkins, both performing together and separately. Also attending will be special guests David Pope (Stuntman, Prince of Persia) and Joy Bryant (Actress, TV Series Parenthood).

All proceeds from the gala will go toward the Dental, Medical, Preschool, and Respite Programs at Pope’s Kids Place. Pope’s Kids Place provides much needed medical and dental services on a sliding fee scale. No child is turned away for inability to pay. The 2nd Annual Gala will help raise funds to continue and to expand these services.
