Join us on August 11 for an informational session with Real Estate Developer, Neil Amondson as he shares the plans that AKA Developers has for Liberty Plaza. The Plaza will be located at Exit 77 and will be the business gateway to Chehalis connecting W. Main Street to Market Blvd. The Plaza plans have been revised to accommodate regulatory jurisdiction with the US Army Corp and the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife.

"The City of Chehalis is lead jurisdictional agency for AKA Developers, therefore the 2008 Phase I plan will not be entering the Dillenbaugh Drainage in August 2008," stated Neil.

Phase I will include; Timberland Bank, Holiday Inn Express, and La Quinta Hotel & Suites. A rock basalt columnar fountain in honor of our US Veteran’s will highlight the Liberty Plaza development. Parcels 4 & 5 are being marketed for restaurant/retail/office space and Phase II is scheduled for completion in 2009, which will include Parcel 2, Park, and amphitheater.
