Community Farmers Market Harvest Dinner
The Community Farmers Market at Chehalis-Centralia is sure to satisfy foodies and farmers alike by offering local fare at the 7th annual Community Farmers Market Harvest Dinner. The farm to table style dinner will be held on Sunday, October 6, 2013 at The Historic Hotel Washington in downtown Chehalis. The event encourages community members and farmers market vendors to join together in celebration of the local market. It also serves as a fundraising event which helps the non-profit market acquire funds for operating expenses for the subsequent season.
Local ingredients supplied by Farmers market vendors will create a delectable meal which will be prepared by local chefs. A vegetarian dinner option will also be available.
A social hour will start at 5pm featuring local beer and as well as locally roasted coffee from Santa Lucia coffee. Dinner will begin at 6:00pm followed by entertainment and a raffle with items donated by local businesses.
