Dick Young Memorial BBQ

Dick Young was a well-loved man, whom many say, pioneered the best prepared meat and beer in Lewis and south Thurston counties.  Not only will he never be forgotten for his masterful skills in making great food and drink for the soul of our community, his legacy lives on in the 2 thriving businesses he founded (Northwest Sausage and Deli & Dick’s Brewery) and in the Annual Memorial BBQ where his friends and family gather (and everyone else who likes great food, great music, and great beer) to celebrate and remember Dick.
