Free concert: LC Community Band

Come hear this band and have an enjoyable evening of music. Our program theme is: Esprit ? Liveliness of Mind and Spirit. The music will be selected from: Esprit De Corps by Robert Jager, Blue Tango by Leroy Anderson, Woodwind Polka, Over the Hills and Far Away by Percy Grainger, Variation Overture by Clifton Williams, Palladio by Karl Jenkins, A Friend Remembered by James Swearingen, and Military Escort by David Gillingham. The Lewis County Community Band, conducted by Louie Blaser and Karl Scarborough, is made up of 45 instrumentalists playing flute, oboe, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, French horn, trombone, euphonium, tuba, and a variety of percussion.
