Free concert: Lewis County Community Band

Come hear this band and have an enjoyable evening of music. The music will be selected from:

“Hänsel and Gretel overture” by Humperdinck
“Impressions of an Irish Air” by James Ployhar

Louie Blaser and Karl Scarborough have been co-conducting the Lewis County Community Band since 2007. This growing ensemble has 18 woodwind players (flutes, clarinets, saxophones, and oboe), 25 brass players (trumpets, French horns, trombones, euphoniums, and tubas), and 4 percussionists. And we are always happy to add more players!
