Free Medical Clinic Health and Hope

We are a free clinic open each Tuesday in Centralia, with professional medical care available for people who otherwise would not have access to services. Eligibility requirements: Uninsured or under-insured, Income below 200% of the poverty guideline ($47,100 for a family of four), Residents of Lewis County or south Thurston County. Clinic Services: Urgent care and basic health needs on a walk-in basis. "Urgent Care" includes injuries or illnesses that require immediate attention, but are not serious enough to warrant an emergency room visit.
