"Intro to Nia" Workshop

Dance, move, laugh and shake and put pleasure into your workout! Experience Nia in this 1 1/2 hour workshop designed specifically for beginners. We'll introduce the basic concepts and principals of Nia and get moving in a beginning-level Nia class. All levels of fitness are welcome and no experience required! $10 with pre-registration. $15 at the door.
