Open Hooping with Brenda

Warm up this winter with our hoop drop in offerings. Hoop drop in classes will be one hour of group instruction to great music. This all level class will cover a group warm up, and hoop movement as well as individualized instruction. This is a great way to work on your hoop flow and have the added flexibility of drop in classes. Each drop in session is limited to 10 participants. Pre-registration encouraged.
