Rainier Mountain Festival

Music, games for kids, demonstrations, raffles, used equipment sale, Salmon Bake, and much much more... Over 18 Everest Summitteers will be at the event. Mingle and ask questions, watch slideshows with mountaineering legends such as Ed Viesturs, Jim and Lou Whittaker. Take part in the 5 Mile Trail Run, and the Alpine Games. Get helpful hints from Mountain Guides about all sorts of mountaineering techniques. View personal video and slide presentations by mountaineering legends. Enjoy BBQ and live entertainment all day long with local bands and micro brews. Great fun for all kids. There will be a free rock wall to climb, inflatable bounce house, and kids games.
