Sound Healing with Kristen Rubis

Experience this deeply nourishing evening of breath work, meditation and sound healing in concert with Kristen Rubis. Grab a mat, blanket and eye pillow and lay down (or sit) and sink into 90 minutes of deep relaxation and meditation. Kristen performs healing sound through Tibetan metal bows, crystal quartz singing bowls and other soothing percussive instruments. All are welcome for this special concert event.
