The Nia Woodstock Experience

First Degree Black Belt, Jason Alan Griffin (JAG) is bringing Woodstock to Centralia with a Nia class featuring artists that performed at the original Woodstock Music Festival. It'll be a groovy throwback to 1969 with Jefferson Airplane; Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young; Melanie; Jimi Hendrix; Blood, Sweat & Tears and many others. The focus is on FreeDance and the intent is to sense the Magic of Movement to Music. The class will begin with an exciting FreeDance playshop that will ignite your creative energy. Friday, July 22nd, 2016 5:30pm to 8:00pm $35* (plus tax - Unlimited Members receive 10% off) This is Woodstock and the theme is love and peace and celebrating the Joy of Movement - so consider wearing peace signs, tie-dye, flowing sun dresses, vests with fringe, lots of love beads and flowers in your hair. **JAG travels with his dog, River, who sleeps in his crate during class.
