Visiting Nurses Foundation ''Victorian Tea''

Ladies grab your Sunday hat and gloves for a "Victorian Tea" presented by the Visiting Nurses Foundation on Sunday, December 13th, from 12 pm to 6 pm at The Tea Cup, 204 N Tower, Centralia.

A special treat, rarely experienced on this side of the Pond. A Victorian High Tea will be offered at The Tea Cup in downtown Centralia! The event will feature the finest of teas along with the sweets and savories to delight everyone's palate. The exquisite teas, soup, finger sandwiches, scones and desserts will be the highlight of this new event that will cap-off the Dickens of A Christmas weekend in Downtown Centralia. Reservations must be made by December 10th by calling 360-623-1560 or 807-1717 for times. Tickets are $25.00. The Tea Cup restaurant has been owned and operated since 2003 by Kathi and Rex Rogers, Castle Rock. The Tea Cup offers about 180 bulk, or loose leaf teas, as well as a variety of accompaniments. Kathi said she and her husband take turns running the store from day to day, and that Rex is actually responsible for most of the baking, while she concentrates on ordering tea and other items for the store.

Join us on Friday December 11th at the Historic Fox Theatre for a showing of "An Old Fashioned Christmas", tales and songs for the whole family, ages 6 thru 106. Tickets are $15.00. All proceeds go to the Historic Fox Theatre Restorations.

Our traditional "Dickens Of A Christmas"Home Tour will be held on Saturday. Tickets may be purchased at Visiting Nurses Thrift Shop, 222 S. Pearl, Centralia, WA and are $12.00 presale or $15.00 the day of the event. Buy all three tickets VIP Pass for $50.00 and receive a discount.
